Zhang Sheng Ji (Shuangling Branch)

Zhang Sheng Ji (Shuangling Branch)'s first floor is reserved for the decorative, live mallard ducks, their houses, a small stream to make them feel at home and a mini museum of artifacts. The other half of the first floor and the second floor are open dining rooms while the rest of the levels provide private rooms. Their most renowned dish is the Stewed Duck with Dried Bamboo Shoots, a must-eat dish over at the restaurant. You definitely have to reserve some at the end to add some noodles or rice to the soup. Zhang Sheng Ji has absolutely the best Drunken Chicken in town. This basic cold dish is beautifully presented in a brown sauce. English and picture menus are available.
