Grandma’s Kitchen was a little noodle shop ten years ago which everyone was addicted to on Ma Teng road closed up and opened up again as this place. Now Grandma’s Kitchens are all around the town, with about twenty branches in Hangzhou. In every grandma’s kitchen, there is a very comprehensive picture menu with translations in English as well. If you’re still a bit skeptical about Hangzhou cuisine, this place will cure you. You’ll be shocked by the very reasonable prices for considerably good food considering the environment. Queue lines during lunch and dinner everyday can prove that. The representative dishes include Tea Chicken, Coral Shrimp, Peas Mud, Ma Po Tofu and many more.
